About the Shipping
-All products purchased in this store will be shipped from the factory to the customer, I will make it possible for all customers to receive their products efficiently, and soon I will be inserting new options, stay tuned!
-It is not possible to cancel any shipping after the purchase, I can not cancel the shipping after it go out from the factory, pay attention before finish the puchase .
-The deadline for submitting applications is up to 60 business days. In cases of delays in delivery, I'll be sending emails to the costumer alerting and actualizing how long it will take to arrive at their address.
-This is a 100% online store!
About the devolution and returns
-All the products goes from the factory to to the costume
-If, any costumer receive a damage product I CAN NOT do nothing for a while, the base of the store is in Brazil, and it's quite complex to return the money to the owner, I'll try my best to do everything I can for all the costumers receive their products without any problems, pay attention if the produtc which you are buying have the ribbon "RELIABLE" or "UNRELIABLE" before you finish the purchase
-In case of damage products, the costumer have to send an email or contact me via Instagram showing me the product, I REPEAT, I can not do nothing in this case for a while, but I'll be doing my best for that don't happen!
